Shipping policy

VELIER orders are fulfilled from our New Jersey location. We offer free shipping to valid street addresses in the United States and Canada. In-stock orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 2–3 weeks from the order date. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment; destination, carrier capacity, weather and other conditions can affect timing.

Depending on the destination and shipment size, ORRVIK uses FedEx, LTL freight or scheduled white-glove delivery. The assigned carrier or delivery partner may contact you to arrange an appointment. If ORRVIK assigns white-glove service, no standard shipping fee is charged. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves the warehouse.

For Canadian orders, applicable sales tax, import duty or customs brokerage is separate from shipping and may be collected at checkout or by the carrier unless stated otherwise.

If your delivery address needs to change, contact support@orrvik.com or +1 (213) 258-6588 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered carrier transit.

Inspect the carton and product promptly. Report damage, missing items or visible mishandling within 48 hours of delivery, and keep all packaging. Include your order number, photos of the carton and shipping label, and clear photos or video of the product.
