2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order through our website.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, and telephone number.

You are responsible for confirming that all information provided at checkout is accurate before submitting your order.

All prices displayed on our U.S. website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price charged for your order will be the price shown during checkout at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other required fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory fees after an order has been submitted.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote-area service, peak-season demand, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

9. Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will generally be sent to the email address associated with your order.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered fulfillment or shipment, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to be handled through the applicable return process.

Do not return a product to our U.S. Returns & Fulfillment Center without prior authorization from Orrvik Support.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within the reporting period stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We may request:

Your order number.
Photos of the product.
Photos of the packaging.
A short video showing the issue when appropriate.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement parts, repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

14. Warranty

Eligible Orrvik products are covered by the warranty terms described in our Orrvik Limited Warranty.

Because Orrvik products may contain structural, mechanical, and electronic components, different components may have different warranty periods.

15. Assembly and Product Use

Certain Orrvik products require assembly.

You are responsible for following the assembly and product-use instructions supplied with the product or made available through our Assembly & Care page.

Products must be used in accordance with the applicable instructions, warnings, and verified product specifications.

You should not:

Use the product above its stated weight capacity.
Modify structural, mechanical, or electrical components without authorization.
Use damaged electrical cables, adapters, or controls.
Use an unapproved power adapter.
Allow liquids to enter electrical components.
Use the product in a manner inconsistent with the provided instructions.

Orrvik will not knowingly present fabricated customer reviews as genuine customer experiences.
