Assembly
Use the included manual as the primary assembly guide for your Orrvik chair.
Before you begin
- Work on a clean, soft surface.
- Confirm all parts and hardware are present.
- Keep the original packaging until setup and function checks are complete.
- Follow the model-specific manual in sequence.
- Keep electrical cables away from moving parts and pinch points.
Everyday upholstery care
Routine cleaning:
Use a soft, clean cloth for dust and light surface cleaning.
For spills:
Blot promptly rather than rubbing. Avoid saturating the upholstery.
Avoid:
Bleach, harsh solvents, abrasive cleaners and rough scrubbing tools.

Base, casters and moving parts
- Remove hair, thread and debris from casters periodically.
- Check accessible screws and fasteners periodically.
- Do not lubricate the gas lift unless specifically instructed.
- Do not exceed the verified maximum weight capacity.
Massage, heat and ventilation care
- Keep the control panel, connectors and electrical components dry.
- Disconnect power before cleaning around electrical components.
- Do not use the chair if a cable or connector is visibly damaged.
- Do not trap the power cable under casters or moving parts.
- Use only the supplied or approved power adapter.
Protect the finish
Prolonged direct sunlight and heat can affect the appearance of many upholstery materials. Position and care for your chair according to the final material instructions.
