  • Use above the verified maximum weight capacity.
  • Improper assembly.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Damage caused by liquids entering electrical components.
  • Use of an unapproved power adapter.
  • Damage during moving, storage or third-party transport after delivery.
  • Commercial use if the warranty is residential-only.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

How to submit a warranty claim
